where is the loyalty  these days lets have a chat.......its hard to find people or a female that would give you real loyalty or a meaningful friendship.when it comes to bringing people in your home don't bring everyone in your home that is your sanctuary........females these days always want what you have or they cant have jealousy is mother plucker......I have ended friendships for over 10 plus  years because not everyone you will be able to carry on your journey....people are low key haters and wish bad upon on you...see the world we live in today its hard to find loyalty and real good friends to confine in and people that will be happy for you don't  trust people that easy.

did you guys know there is tons of free gym around the Capital region. I recently start going to a nutritionist, and she told me that there are a lot of free gym. So i wanted to share my information with everyone.
  the one that was interesting to be was the hannaford on central all these years i have been going there and i never knew there was a gym in that building.....ok here is the question how do i sign up

• Go to hannaford and sign up and walk with your id 
• to sign up for classes you can go online click class schedule and sign up all for free

Did you know that in Guyana chicken curry or some might say curry chicken is of our main dish in my country.

so when it comes to saying the right name its always a different slang  
let break it down the curry goes into the chicken so in Guyana we say curry chicken 
in other Caribbean countries they say chicken curry for whatever reason.

• real Guyanese curry....you can it this from any west Indian store.
• oil.
• potatoes.
• masala ( form of spice)
• chop garlic
• shallot 
• and season chicken to your taste
